LK Partners is pleased to announce that attorney Park Jeong Won joined the firm.

Ms. Park earned her bachelor’s degree in Law from Sookmyung Women’s University and obtained her J.D. from Ewha Womans University Law School before passing the Korean Bar Examination.

During her time at Shina Law Firm (LLC) and Law Firm H, Ms. Park handled a wide range of litigation and advisory matters across civil, criminal, administrative, labor, and family law. In particular, she handled numerous corporate finance and labor matters, including disputes arising from credit transactions, unfair-dismissal remedies, and retirement pension issues.

She has also advised and represented corporate clients, public institutions, and educational institutions—including Hankook Samgong, Samcheok City, the Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, Sookmyung Women’s University, and Seoul National University of Education—and has built broad experience in corporate legal practice, including the review of contracts and employment rules and advice on HR, labor, and personal-data protection.

Drawing on her broad litigation experience across multiple practice areas, Ms. Park provides practical counsel and representation in civil, corporate and finance, criminal, administrative, labor, and family matters, with close attention to the facts of each case.
