LK Partners is pleased to announce that attorney Sa Rang Kim joined the firm.

Mr. Kim earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kyung Hee University and obtained his J.D. from Chonnam National University School of Law before passing the 15th Korean Bar Examination.

Before beginning his legal career, he worked in the Project Finance Team at Eugene Investment & Securities, gaining hands-on experience in real estate project financing (PF) and corporate finance. His work included feasibility reviews, financial structuring, drafting of agreements, and risk analysis, through which he developed a practical understanding of financial structures and the ability to identify key risks that may arise in transactions.

In addition, Mr. Kim holds several finance-related qualifications, including Certified Investment Manager, Certified Derivatives Investment Advisor, Certified Securities Investment Advisor, and Certified Fund Investment Advisor, further strengthening his understanding of capital markets and financial products.

While attending Chonnam National University School of Law, he received the Excellence Award in the CNU Law Review Vol. 18 Essay Competition for co-authoring “Suggestions for Civil Law After the Reunification of Korea.”

Drawing on his experience in securities and finance, Mr. Kim provides practical counsel across real estate project financing, capital markets, corporate finance, and related disputes, with a focus on understanding the underlying transaction structure.
